Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser so that it can "remember" certain actions or preferences for a period of time. We also use similar technologies (e.g. local storage), which we refer to generically as "cookies" here.

2. Why we use cookies

We use them so that the website works correctly and securely and, only with your consent, to understand how the website is used (analytics) or for campaigns (marketing). Legal framework: the GDPR and Romanian Law no. 506/2004. Non-essential cookies are activated only after your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3. Categories of cookies

• Strictly necessary — essential for the operation of the website (session, security, remembering your cookie preference). They cannot be disabled and do not require consent.
• Analytics (optional, disabled by default) — help us understand, in aggregate, how the website is used. We use Google Analytics 4, which loads only after your consent; if you decline, it is never downloaded and writes nothing.
• Marketing (optional, disabled by default) — would allow campaign measurement and relevant advertising. We do not currently use marketing cookies.

Analytics cookies appear only if you accept them; until then they are never written. We use no marketing cookies. In addition, we use cookieless traffic measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics): it counts page views without storing anything in your browser, without identifiers that follow you across sites and without profiling. Because it neither stores nor accesses information on your device, the law does not require consent for it — but we would rather you knew it exists.

5. How to manage your consent

• On your first visit, a banner appears through which you can Accept all, choose Necessary only or open Preferences to switch categories on or off.
• You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer of the website.
• You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

6. What happens if you block cookies

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be blocked without affecting the operation of the website (e.g. submitting the forms). Blocking non-essential cookies does not affect your use of the website.
