Web consultancy
Web consultancy means analysing your online presence — website, store, visibility in Google, tools and data — and following it with concrete recommendations about what is worth doing, in what order, and at what budget. We tell you honestly what works and what does not, even when the answer is "you do not need a new website".
What web consultancy includes
We check speed, security, structure and what Google has actually indexed. You learn which terms you have a real chance at and what is keeping you on page seven.
We assess the existing site and show you the arithmetic: sometimes it is a few days of repairs, sometimes rebuilding costs less than patching indefinitely.
Off-the-shelf platform or custom software, WordPress or built from scratch — with the three-year costs side by side, not just today's price.
Cookies, forms, customer data, policies. What is required, what is overkill, and what specifically needs changing.
What you gain from a consultancy
The costliest project is the one that started wrong. If your problem is solved by three changes to the site you already have, that is what we will say — even when it means a smaller invoice for us.
No "scalable enterprise solutions". We explain what is happening in words you can repeat to your team or your accountant.
We open Search Console, Analytics and the speed reports. The conversation starts from what is actually happening, not from what either of us believes.
At the end you get a document: what we found, what we recommend, in what order, with rough budgets. You can take it to anyone — including another supplier.
Projects our advice is grounded in
Our recommendations come from building, not from slide decks: public institutions, custom applications, stores with hundreds of products.
The first conversation is free
You tell us where you are and what hurts, we look over what you have, and you get a first opinion — at no cost and with no obligation. If a deeper analysis is needed, we tell you in advance how long it takes and what it costs. If we go on to implement together, the analysis is deducted from the project.
We do not do retainer consultancy contracts where you pay monthly for reports nobody reads.
