1. Who we are

The website dataconsult.ro is operated by PETRI DATA CONSULT SRL (CUI 34151270, J6/110/2015, registered office in Bistrița, str. Mărăști nr. 12, Bistrița-Năsăud county, e-mail [email protected], telephone +40 743 982 420), hereinafter referred to as "Data Consult" or "we". This information is also provided pursuant to Romanian Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms are supplemented by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

3. Purpose of the website

The website presents Data Consult's services, portfolio and articles (web design and web development, domains and hosting, programming and custom software, IT consulting, online marketing) and allows you to contact us or subscribe to the newsletter. The website is not an online shop: no products or services are sold directly through the website and no online payments are processed. Any collaboration is established separately, through an offer and a contract.

4. Use of the website

You undertake to use the website in good faith and lawfully. It is prohibited, without limitation, to: gain unauthorised access to areas of the website, introduce malicious code, overload the infrastructure (attacks, abusive scraping), use the forms for spam or illegal content, or infringe the rights of others.

The content of the website (texts, design, the "data consult" logo and the associated mark, graphics, code, structure) is the property of Data Consult or of our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent, except for normal viewing of the website. Third-party trademarks and logos displayed (e.g. in the portfolio) belong to their respective owners.

Information submitted through the form must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others. We use anti-spam measures. Subscribing to the newsletter requires your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
