What a website costs
We put the numbers on the table up front. Below are the ranges we actually work with, what each one covers, and what moves them up or down. The exact quote comes after we understand your project, with stages and deadlines in writing.
What we work with, concretely
Prices are in euro, excluding VAT, and cover the delivered project, not just the design. Payment is staged.
Who you are, what you do, and why someone should trust you. The lower end is a well-tailored theme; the upper end is a design drawn from scratch around your brand.
- Structure and copy planned together
- Designed on your identity, not a template
- Fast and correct on phones
- Technical SEO built in
- Admin panel — you change it yourself
Catalogue, cart, card payment and delivery. The price difference comes from integrations: courier, automatic invoicing, stock, syncing with your accounting software.
- Catalogue with variants, filters and search
- Card payment and cash on delivery
- Courier and automatic shipping cost
- Automatic invoicing
- On WooCommerce or built from scratch
Software written around the way you work: online booking, client portals, internal workflows, reports. We start with a separately priced analysis phase, so we both know what we are building.
- Analysis and spec before any code
- Accounts, roles and permissions
- Integrations with what you already use
- Staged delivery — you see progress
- The code stays yours
You already have a site and want a second opinion. You get a document covering what is fine, what is costing you money, and in what order to fix it. If we implement the recommendations, the analysis is deducted from the project.
- Technical and speed audit
- SEO and indexing check
- GDPR and cookies
- Real cost over three years
- A document with priorities, not a list of errors
Not every site deserves to be thrown away. We first look at whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding and tell you honestly which costs you less. A redesign usually lands between a third and a half of the price of a new site.
- We tell you whether to repair or rebuild
- We keep the rankings you have earned
- Content moves across, nothing is lost
- We take over sites built by someone else
Domain, hosting, SSL certificate, email on your own domain, backups and updates. The price depends on traffic, how many sites you have, and how often we step in.
- Fast servers, monitored around the clock
- Automatic backups and fast restore
- Updates and security patches
- Professional email on your domain
- Small changes included in the plan
Why two websites do not cost the same
Ten pages with different structures cost more than fifty built on the same pattern. What counts is how many layouts we draw, not how many URLs come out at the end.
A well-chosen, tailored theme is the cheapest route to a site that looks serious. A design drawn from scratch costs more, but it resembles nothing else.
Card payment, courier, invoicing, accounting software — every link to another system means development and testing work.
If you already have copy and photos, we move faster. If we write and organise it, it goes into the quote as its own line, which you can see.
A second language is not just translation: it means separate URLs, separate metadata and a structure that keeps both clean for Google.
A normal project runs over weeks. If you want it in ten days, we reorganise the team, and that shows in the price.
What is in the price without asking
We do not ship slow websites. Optimising images, code and server is part of the project, not an add-on.
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. We test there first, not last.
Structure, clean URLs, metadata, sitemap, structured data. So Google can read you from day one.
At the end you get everything: code, content, accounts, access. You can leave whenever you want, without asking us.
